I hereby declare that l wish to be registered for the Create Accommodation service on the given timeline
I accept that this registration form an agreement between Create Accommodation and myself
I declare that the information that l have given above are true and correct. I also agree to pay the stated charges for the Create Accommodation service if available.

LANDLORDS

I hereby declare that l wish to be registered for the Create Accommodation service on the given timeline
I declare that the information that l have given above are true and correct
I also declare that lm not a third party agent and no extra cost will be charged
I declare that the information that l have given above are true and correct. I also agree to pay the stated charges for the Create Accommodation service if available.
